Event Refund Policy:

Cash Refund:  The cash refund percentage paid out is based on the difference between the date we receive the cancellation request and the posted start date of the event.

TDG Account Credit: Tickets may be redeemed towards credit on your account for future Duncan Group events. Tickets will be moved as a courtsy only 1 time.  After that the ticket will be voided with no refund.
